Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized items are made specifically for each customer and are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of misprint, defect, or error attributable to us.

Orders & Payments
Orders are processed after payment is received. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Corrections
Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused and original condition. We are unable to honor returns of custom products. In the event of a defect or error caused by us, we will repair, replace, or reprint the item at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
