Standard (Non-Custom) Items
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your custom item arrives with a misprint, defect, or error on our part, please contact us and we will gladly correct or replace the item at no additional cost.

Shipping & Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
